Real Help For Real Men.

And for the Women Who Love Them.

I'm Dr. Monte Miller, a licensed Christian psychologist with 30 years of experience helping men work through the issues they've never told anyone — porn addiction, infidelity, sexual performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, depression, and anxiety. I also work with women navigating the impact of these struggles on themselves and their relationships.

Online. Private. Judgment-free. Available across all of Texas.

You Dont Have to Carry This Alone

Most of my clients are men who've never been in therapy before. Men who've kept it together on the outside while quietly falling apart inside. Men dealing with things they can't tell their pastor, their wife, or their best friend. I also work with women who are exhausted, hurting, and trying to figure out what to do next. No shame. No judgment. No psychobabble. Just honest, real, faith-grounded help.

Specialties

  • Woman in white dress sitting on park bench beside a man in gray shirt by a lake with a distant pagoda-style structure in the background

    INFIDELITY

Did you get caught cheating on your partner? Did your partner cheat on you? The break in trust or the guilty conscience caused by infidelity can be difficult to navigate for couples. It often helps to have an unbiased third-party who can provide Godly counsel that can lead to forgiveness and reconciliation or in a case of separation, healing and restoration of hope and trust for the future.

  • Person working with electronic equipment at a desk, surrounded by computers and cables.

    PORN ADDICTION

In an age when pornographic material is just a click away and so easily secreted away, the dangers of addiction to porn has increased exponentially. As with anything excessive, porn addiction can tear apart otherwise good relationships and cause the addicted to have unhealthy expectations from their real partner. My practice is a judgment-free zone where you can break this addiction.

  • A person in a gray hoodie standing outdoors near dense bushes and trees, with a pathway and fence in the background.

    DEPRESSION

Depression can be mentally, emotionally, and spiritually debilitating. Feelings of hopelessness, helplessness overwhelm you. There is not joy or motivation in your life. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I can help you re-discover hope that will anchor your soul.

  • A woman with curly hair wearing a black long-sleeve shirt holds her head with both hands, appearing distressed or confused, against a plain light pink background.

    ANXIETY/OVERTHINKING

Scripture tells us to take captive every thought, but you struggle with this because thoughts never seem to stop running through your mind. We are told not to be anxious, but you often fear the worst and struggle with one fear after another. If you're unsure how to manage these thoughts and over come these fears, I have quite a number of practical strategies that can help you.

  • Multiple small candles arranged in a spiral pattern, glowing warmly in a dark setting.

    GRIEF/TRAUMA/PTSD

The past can sometimes haunt us and prevent us from reaching the fullness of the glorious future God has in store for us. Horrific incidents in our lives — abuse, death, survivor's guilt, and more — can still affect our behavior and our means of relating with people we love. We cannot change the past, but I can help you move from denial to acceptance and lead you to a place of peace and contentment.

  • A young woman with red hair and closed eyes, praying with her hands clasped in front of her face in a softly lit indoor setting.

    FAITH/SPIRITUAL GROWTH

We might have already heard of the oft-spoken Christianese advice of "let go and let God," but we discover that developing our faith in that way is not always as easy as advertised. I hope to help you overcome the hurdles preventing you from leaning on God more. I believe that increasing our faith is the best way to mental health, but sometimes, we need help to get to where we want to be in our walk with the Lord.

30 years. Hundreds of lives changed.

Still at it.

I'm not your typical therapist. I have the doctorate and the credentials — Masters and Doctorate in Psychology, 30 years of post-doctoral clinical experience — but I'm also just a man saved by grace, trying to help others find their way back.

I specialize in working with men who have never done therapy before. Men who are skeptical, private, maybe a little embarrassed to be here. Getting comfortable enough to actually open up is the hardest part — I make that easier.

I'm direct. I won't waste your time with vague, feel-good nonsense. And I genuinely believe that God's grace, combined with the right psychological tools, can restore what feels completely and utterly broken.

I am also the author of Finding Peace in Life's Storms — a practical, faith-based guide to overcoming depression and life's hardest moments, available on Amazon. More books are on the way.

Online therapy means no commute, no waiting room, and nobody seeing your car parked outside a therapist's office. Just a real conversation from wherever you're comfortable — cozy at home, completely private.

Surprisingly, Many men prefer online while talking about sensitive subjects. It is less intimidating online compared to sitting across from someone personally in someone else’s office.
